Production Blog: My Video

Hello bloggers, my name is Jose Retana. Right now, I will be talking you through my process of wrapping up before I get to my reflection. Today will include the things I missed last time such as a caption for my video, any necessary titles, a list of items, and a redo of my video (explaining later). For the development of my commercial, I started off with a list of items that I included in the end. It's kind of just like a PowerPoint-like slide in which so far, I only included my iPhone camera. Yes, I was kind of rushing through it, but I will get more items on there before the next production blog. Moving on, I did get a title in there at the beginning of the project title "All About Me Commercial." Furthermore, from now is the main points of this blog. I redid my video. The reason I did this was because I wasn't satisfied with me just running. Sure, I love running, but I love basketball more. That's why I put in a video of me playing basketball at my local court. I captioned it "I really enjoy basketball, here are some highlights," or at least something close to that I can't recall. I also believe that the video of me running wasn't entertaining, in fact, it just kind of made me feel awkward. I think clips of me sinking down threes like Curry would be cooler to see, and it's something I'm really passionate about. There's also been something else on my mind, and that is changing the music. When I added the music to my commercial earlier, I realized it didn't really fit with what the commercial was supposed to represent. It was way too upbeat, I wanted more of a chill vibe and nothing too crazy. So, I might change my song choice to maybe some Lofi I was thinking. Sure, it doesn't have symbolic lyrics that represent my life, but it's definitely more calmer and fitting. Of course, if I do decide to change it, it will be by the next blog so I will credit them next time. Anyways, bloggers: that's it, all else I have to say is expect this to be me when you see my commercial:
