(Image from Fight Club)  Hello bloggers, my name is Jose Retana and I am finally revealing the genre I chose for my opening sequence.  I choose the Psychological Thriller genre.  It was close between this and the drama genre, but I enjoy how this genre incorporates plot twists, while also having aspects of the drama genre. It leaves a lasting impact while being more rich in story. It's unique and it has a good camera angle/mis-en-scene selection.

In this blog, I will drive you through one of my choices/candidates: Science Fiction, also known as "Sci-fi." Science fiction mixes concepts of science that have, but usually have not been explored on. Introduction Blog: Back!!

You already know a lot about me, but let me introduce myself again. My name is Jose Retana, I’m in AICE Media and I’m going to begin on a large project. This large project is about making the intro to a movie. I think I’ll do really good on this because I say I’m a creative person, and I believe that.  Of course, I’ll have a lot of time to talk about my project. Let’s talk about myself. I’ve said this a lot before in my old blogs, but I love the Milwaukee Bucks. They’re an NBA basketball team centered around Milwaukee, Chicago. They’re one of the best basketball teams out there right now. They literally have the second best record in the entire league, they’re tough for sure. I’d say my favorite player on the team right now is Giannis. He’s a humble dude and he’s arguably the best player on the team. Another thing I like is playing video games.
